Join Chantal for an hour of rest, relaxation, and time in the presence of our loving God.
We'll start with a very gentle stretch or two and then get comfortable in a Savasana-type pose, lying in a resting position for a time of personal, unhurried connection with God. Take quality time to listen, pray, worship, or just breathe.
Bring a yoga mat and yoga props for comfort and support, including a bolster, blanket, and blocks. Props are also available for purchase in advance in the lobby.
