Join Carolyn, Debbie, and Janet for a special extended practice in honor of Easter and the sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross so that we could be forgiven and set free. He died and rose again; we can rejoice!
Carolyn will begin class with a reflective meditation and gentle movement.
Debbie will follow with relaxing Restorative yoga postures that will calm the body and calm the mind.
Janet will end the practice with a guided yoga Nidra meditation and Easter prayer.
