Christmas is the celebration of the birth of baby Jesus, the Savior and Light of The World and the most precious gift of all. As Christmas draws near, take time to reflect on the true meaning of the season in wonder and worship.
Carolyn will start with breathwork, gentle movement, and some readings surrounding the Christmas story.
Debbie will then help you stretch and relax your body with Yin postures.
Janet will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation and a prayer.
