Something new!


Darling, even though things are CRAZY in the world, you can still take care of your body+mind+spirit. We would suggest self care is more important NOW than ever. Here are some ideas to inspire your home yoga practice!


Heeeeey!

First, a short story: When first got the mandate to close our doors in March, we quickly moved many of our classes online in the new Facebook Member Community Group. Many of our members were able to continue their practice with our amazing teachers from home during our closures with live classes and a whole library of saved ones too. The news: We're so excited to be expanding our online offerings! Starting Monday, we've added a new option to join our in studio classes without even having to come into the studio. (Oh and it's FREE to join in... just for next week!) The details: In our Grounded yoga room in the studio, we'll have a little table with a computer and camera set up toward the front, pointing at the teacher for those joining in from home. In the schedule, you can see about 12 of our in studio classes are now also on Zoom. You can sign up in the Mindbody app for a Zoom class just like you would a normal class. If you're a Member, the class will also be live in the Member Facebook group and then posted afterwards for you to join in later if you'd like. When you sign up for a Zoom class, our sweet new automated email/text system will send a notification 15 minutes before class starts with a reminder and a Zoom link. It's helpful if you have the Zoom app downloaded to your device. You can join in with your video showing so we can all see each other. Your audio will be turned off in case you join in after we start, but you can turn it on yourself at any time. The teacher will have a headset on so you'll be able to hear well and she'll be able to hear you too. As a yoga teacher myself, I can say this is a big change for our teaching team and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we flow into this new offering together! We're excited to elevate the quality of our yoga at home options and hope you'll join us next week while it's free.
