Wellness at Kula


With all the information coming out about the Coronavirus (CLOVID-19), we've decided it's important to continue offering the benefits of yoga to our community. We know stress can weaken our immune system and we want to be a place of calm and wellness. I'd like to share what we're doing and what we can all do as a community to help keep our Kula tribe well. Our front desk team and cleaning staff will continue to prioritize cleaning, washing, and sanitizing props and surfaces around the studio on a daily basis. We will continue diffusing essential oils, especially lavender, as it's believed to have antibacterial (as well as calming!) properties. Our teachers are adjusting their teaching to avoid physical contact. We have added hand sanitizer throughout the studio, at the front desk and in the yoga rooms. You can help keep our Kula healthy!

  • If you feel sick, please practice at home. You can find some great yoga classes for free on! Rest is also great for healing.

  • Cover your coughs and sneezes.

  • Use the hand sanitizer at the front desk after you check-in for class and wash your hands well in the bathroom (20 seconds!).

  • Avoid touching your face.

  • Use one of our available face towels (in the cubbies in the lobby) to cover any props your face will rest on.

  • Use our cleaning spray and a towel to wipe down your yoga mat after class.
