Our yoga practice helps us accept what is and prepare for what's coming in the future.
We're excited to be gearing up for our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, starting the first weekend in August! This is a course where you'll learn more about the poses, as well as the seven other limbs (or parts) of yoga, including philosophy, breathwork, and meditation. With hands-on, personalized support from Christy, Dianne (Kula teacher and Christy's right-hand woman), and your fellow yogis in training, each weekend offers a focus designed to bring you deeper into your practice and help you more clearly express the art of teaching.
Even if you don't plan to be a yoga teacher, this is a life-changing, soul-growing experience. You may find toward the end that you can't help but share what you've learned with those you love!
If you missed our 1st Meet and Greet, join us for the 2nd one Saturday, June 29th at 11:00am. Feel free to come early for a 9:30am class, on us!
Want to learn more about Christy and her background? Last summer we created a little video series we posted on our website for you (scroll to the bottom!). You can also check out her teaching style and soak up some wisdom at Christy's Foundations workshop Saturday, June 29th, 1:00-3:30pm.
Ready and willing? The first step is to save your spot with a $400 deposit that can be paid in the studio, online, or over the phone. This goes towards the final cost of the training, is nonrefundable, and allows us to keep the training group small, personal, and interactive. We accept card, cash, and check. Here's the Mindbody link.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions. You can reply right to this email. :)
ALSO, scroll down through for some awesome opportunities to get OUT OF THE HEAT and into our KULA COMMUNITY this June and July. You should definitely consider joining the July Partner Challenge!
