New classes yo!

We have some sweet new classes in our weekly schedule you should check out! Here are the details...

Mondays at 7:00 pm | 75 mins.
What? Slow flow to yin with Linda
Who? Best for intermediate to experienced yogis
What's it all about? Flow through movements slowly to warm the body while stretching, strengthening, and challenging balance for the first half of class. Then hold deep stretching postures on the floor for up to 6 minutes each, using props and the breath to open the body, release tension, and calm the mind.

Tuesdays at 10:30 am | 75 mins.
What? Gentle with Chantal
Who? Best for beginner to intermediate
What's it all about? Enjoy gentle movement and breathing while slowly stretching, strengthening a little, practicing balance mindfully, and giving the mind rest. This is a Soul class and may include reading from the bible, prayer, and worship music throughout the practice.

Tuesdays at 5:30 pm | 75 mins.
What? Intro to flow with Dianne
Who? For beginner to intermediate
What's it all about? Think “Basics” combined with “Slow flow”! Practice common yoga poses and breathing found in most flow-type classes while flowing through movements slowly to warm the body while stretching, strengthening, and challenging balance. Come ready to learn and feel free to ask questions!

Thursdays at 5:30 am | 60 mins.
What? Slow flow and stretch with Nicole
Who? Okay for some beginners (depending on level of fitness) to experienced levels.
What's it all about? Flow through movements slowly to warm the body while strengthening and challenging balance. Enjoy slow stretches at the beginning/end to release tension and loosen the body.

Thursdays at 10:30 am | 75 mins.
What? Slow flow and stretch with Amber (NEW TEACHER! FREE THIS WEEK!)
Who? Best for intermediate to experienced yogis
What's it all about? Flow through movements slowly to warm the body while stretching, strengthening, and challenging balance.

Saturdays at 11 am | 75 mins.
What? Community class (Christina, a Yoga Teacher in Training, soon-to-be graduate, is teaching this week!)
Who? All levels
What's it all about? This is an opportunity for yoga teachers to get to know our community better and gain more experience in teaching. Your feedback is welcome and encouraged! Class format and teacher may vary from week to week. $10 donation for Streetlight USA or use your Kula Membership or Class package.
