How's your week going? Who's been enjoying all the candy and sweets around? I'll be the first to admit it!! As we slide into the holidays, remember to keep up your practice. Breathe intentionally and mindfully everyday. Keep moving your body and stretching! Practice being in the present moment and noticing when your thoughts get lost in the past or in the present. As always, we're here for you with about 30 classes every week, 11 different teachers to choose from, and a variety of classes to keep you sane and well.
Anyway, off my soap box now! The Open House on October 20th was awesome! We had 12 brand new people try our free classes that day and bunch of regulars come hang out. We were thrilled to have a bunch of yogis jump into our Memberships to commit to a regular yoga practice! Congrats to our drawing winners: Marie W.- a free ticket to a Kula event or workshop, Ikram I.- lavender eye pillow and head band, Marsha C.- vendor gift basket, Marivel M.- Kula Tee. YAY!
Special thanks to these local vendors and artisans that hung out with us all afternoon!

I just can't wait to see what year 2 as a studio and community will hold! I had to do a little throwback with the picture above, in the header... it was the same header in my first ever email newsletter I sent out September 4, 2017! As we look forward to our first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training graduation (YAY!) December 1st, Christy Burnette and I are making plans for a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Spring! I'm also making plans for a Wellness Weekend in January with some awesome speakers and events to boost us into the new year. Maybe next summer we'll even host our first yoga retreat!!
As we continue to grow together, please be praying for direction and guidance for me, our amazing team of teachers, our massage therapists, and our front desk staff. I'm so excited to get to continue serving our community.
See you on the mat soon!
