A message about massage

I want to update you all on our Wellness room in the studio... we have three Practitioners that use the room throughout each week to serve you and help you function at your best! I get at least one massage a month and if I could afford it, I'd enjoy it every week... maybe some day. It's relaxing and recharging and YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO A THING. Like, you just lay there. Is there anything better? If you see the Wellness room door is closed with the "Please do not disturb" sign on it, that means someone is receiving a treatment. We would love your help honoring their relaxation by using a quiet voice when walking by and getting props for class. Thank you!! Aimee practices yoga here and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She owns AZ Mountain View Massage and you can learn more about her offerings and pricing on her website. She specializes in caring for a treating active bodies! She wanted me to share with you: "Hi guys, I need some help! I am looking for a few people to give me feedback on some new massage therapy treatments I’m developing specifically for low back, leg and foot pain. In exchange for your feedback, I’m offering a huge discount on three sessions: only $95 for one 60 min. and two 30 min. sessions, a $65 savings. You must be able to come to my location in Glendale, AZ at least three times in the next 3 weeks, and you must be someone who has some sort of foot, leg and low back pain. If you or someone you know meets the criteria, please contact me on my cell at 602-832-0950 to purchase your package and to schedule your appointments. I’m limiting this to 9-12 people only. Please feel free to share with anyone else who fits this description who may be interested! Thank you!" Teri teaches yoga at Kula and is also a Licensed Massage THerapist. My motto in life is to RELAX no matter what circumstances you find yourself in, if you just BREATHE, gain perspective as quickly as you can, you will see the purpose for all things. There are times that you look forward to what is ahead, look back at how far you have come, and then choose to live in the moment with right where you are, as you step into the life you’ve always wanted to live." Hanan teaches yoga at Kula as well and is a Certified Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner. She owns Hanan Palz yoga and you can learn more about her Thai Bodywork and pricing on her website. She says, "Thai Bodywork is heavily influenced by both Ayurveda and Chinese medicine blending acupressure, myofascial release, energy balancing techniques, and assisted yoga stretching to maintain equilibrium in the body, peace in the mind and an overall state of well-being." Hanan Palz delivers the technique but relies on God to do the healing. "We are not just our physical bodies, but we are our mind, soul and heart".
